Sociable graduate houseshare

Sociable graduate houseshare has two rooms available.

We are Scott, Dajo, Dominka and Meganne, we live in a very recently refurbished house share. Scott and Meganne are moving out on 8th August so we are looking for a couple of new housemates.

Ideally we would like a girl and a boy but the most important thing is that we all get on.

We are all professionals/graduates in our 20's. Scott works in building maintenance, Dajo is completing his PhD, Meganne is a primary school teacher and Dominka is a dentist. Dajo is Dutch and Dominka is Polish. We come from different back grounds but have enough in common to make it a really fun happy house.

We have two rooms. A small double £230) and a very large double (£300). The picture of the bedroom shown is the large double that is available. Bills are £85 pcm for everything.

House is really well looked after. We have a cleaner every week, gardener in the summer and dedicated maintenance team so things get fixed quickly.

Our landlord own similar professional house shares on the same road and a gradcommunity house ( large house, young graduates) as well. There is a great opportunity to meet new people if you are new to the area and want to expand your social network.

House is 5 mins from the High Street with all the local shops, restaurants, cafes, 2mins from gym and swimming pool, 15 mins from city centre on the bus.
