I have Broadband wireless internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. All rooms are centrally heated, double glazed and clean and tidy. The bathroom has a freestanding shower. There is a combi boiler installed so there is always hot water. There is roadside parking.

The bathroom and kitchen have also recently been refurbished.

The house is 2 minutes walk from Slade Road with Gravelly Hill train station (cross city line) being 5 minutes walk away. Bus services to Birmingham, Tamworth and Sutton are a short walk away and so is the number 11 circular bus route. M6 motorway (Spaghetti Junction) is a minutes drive away.

The house is 4 miles from Birmingham City Centre.

Aston and BCU Universities and JLR are easily accessible.

There are local shops and Erdington Centre and Tesco Express are easily accessible.
