Big house nice lounge and dining kitchen situated in a quiet road close to M6 junction. 2 bathrooms, three toilets. Parking in road outside. Direct bus and train (Gravelly Hill - two stops to New Street) to city centre and university. Friendly guys live here and I stay occasionally.
House is in a quiet road with on street parking. One room to rent. It is situated on the ground floor and a reasonable size. It has a double bed, wardrobe and desk and chair. TV point and wifi.
House is friendly. All are in work and like a quiet and tidy house. I have a room at the house and stay there a couple of nights a month. LGBT friendly
In addition to the rent the gas electricity bill is divided equally between the six residents and myself. That currently is between £70 and £120 each per month. There is scope to reduce that with better management by the six guys in residence
