I have brand new property I let room all double room. one bathrooms and 2 toilet. Kitchen and garden allocated parking space for one tenant. All rooms have secured lockers. I can only accommodate 2 tenants as I have one tenant occupied one room. Female only tenant are welcome. No visitors you need to make a request before I allowed someone to visit as it is family home .I am absent from property for several week.
