The room has been fully renovated with luxury en-suite shower room and has a desk facility and smart TV provided together with king size bed with comfortable high quality mattress.

Use of kitchen facilities and enjoyment of large garden - when weather permits.

Parking is kerbside in front of the property on a wide road with minimal traffic.

My room is offered to a person who has a home elsewhere and is in need of accommodation whilst working away from home. The room is not offered as a primary residence.

Monday to Friday occupation is preferred however shift working staff with an alternative work pattern are welcome, for example aircraft personnel, as my property is very near to Birmingham Airport.

The room is only offered for single occupation not couples.
