I am moving out of the double room and looking to find a new housemate. Currently it is a house of 4 girls who are friendly, lovely and tidy.
There is a shared cosy living room and large kitchen, delightful garden to the rear and parking to the front. The house is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Harborne which has lots of restaurants, shops and pubs.
I am looking to find someone to replace me from now - august with the option to renew the contract for a further 12 months to August 2025.
