I’m moving out of this property this August so I’m looking for someone to replace me from September 1st - August 2025. Rent will be £629/month inclusive of all bills. This room is the biggest in the house with your own en-suite. There’s also 2 other spacious bathrooms in the property with baths and showers. There’s a conservatory in the kitchen which is a great space to hold socials or have a few friends round for drinks, especially in the summer 🤩

You’ll be sharing with 3 other tenants (2 female, 1 male) who are PhD students/professionals. We’re very close to UoB (opposite QE in Harborne!) so it’s only a 15 minute walk in the morning to campus and 10 minutes to University train station. There’s also a private driveway for those of you who have a car 🚗 The house is very friendly with a good range of ages where we tend to be a bit quieter during the week but love socialising on the weekend. The deposit is £629 (equivalent to one month’s rent) which is payable before moving in.
