Double room, inclusive of bills from start of May

A double room, well-decorated and on the second floor of a terraced house. My home is beautiful.

House is co-managed by nearby neighbour should any small issues arise when I am travelling.

Bedroom door is a fire door with a lock. The room is available from early May,

I am the owner, working and living in other cities and countries, but mostly staying at home since the crisis.

It is perfect for a student or a professional. There is currently one permanent, female lodger. The rent includes all bills, including Internet. The inside of the house is well decorated and you'll only need to bring your personal items and duvet cover.

The kitchen is well-equipped and brand new. It has an induction hob, Neff cooker and dishwasher. There's four social areas for all the lodgers to use: living room, dining room (with small study area) and lean-to conservatory, and summer house There is also a wonderful garden when the weather allows. So, no need to stay in your bedroom, or live with only a kitchen for a social area. I've also recently installed a second micro-bathroom on my floor, which means the downstairs bathroom and toilet is only shared between two people. And an emergency toilet is available when the other tenant is in the shower if required.

I'm looking for a young, but mature, student or professional to join the others. The current lodger's preference is female. Simple uncomplicated attitude to sharing and caring for house required, only those willing to clean and maintain shared areas are suitable. Non-smoker only due to insurance purposes. I am happy for partners to stop over, but I will only let the room out to one person, so extended stays of several weeks or months are not classed as letting to one person. Reasonable, frequent stays of a few days at a time, are quite normal for a young couple and I am happy with this.

The room has a double bed a with memory foam mattress, it has a huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. I always buy new mattress toppers for lodgers.

The house is extremely well decorated and relaxing. It is a home. I have looked at other adverts, my house is exceptional.

Everything in the house is available to share and you don't need to buy anything. Washer / dryer, dish-washer, record player with stereo, BT speakers, books, projector and screen, and CDs to share.

On road parking, the house is 15 mins walking distance from Wolverhampton train station to Birmingham, and 15 mins WALK to the centre of town and 15 minutes walk to the science park. There is also a bus stop nearby and this will take you two minutes into town. The house is let by a tidy female post-graduate So, with yourself, that's three people in the house MAXIMUM once all the rooms are let.

The rent includes ALL BILLS, even broadband internet. Relaxed, but clean environment, young household.

No smokers or pets. Maybe a fish or a hamster.

My previous flatmates have said they struggled to find a nicer house inside, so they came to live with me.
