Hi There!
We recently signed the lease contract for this property and we are looking for a fun and open minded flatmate to join us.
This place is located in Regent Place, 2 minutes away from St. Paul's square in Jewellery Quarter.
Some of the appliances we have include:
Laundry machine, dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle tap and wine cooler.
Please note, the room is not furnished, so you will have to bring your own bed and mattress, also you have to be comfortable with sharing the bathroom with another person. :)
Monthly rent is £575 excluding bills, all bills are approximately £100 per month, so you would spend around £675 per month.

About us:
We are young professionals, starting our careers and we have been living together since September.
We have different interests, but we also like to hang out together as we're building our circle of friends in Birmingham. We'd like someone who would also like to join us for a drink, pizza night, house party, etc.

About you:
You're a postgraduate student or a young professional, willing to make new friends, ready to explore Brum and its surroundings, easy going, with a strong sense of personal hygiene, respectful and feels comfortable with sharing. :)

The selection process:
It sounds like a job posting, I know, but for us it is really important that we all get along very well, since we wouldn't want anyone to be hiding in their room or feeling awkward when we have people over.

If you'd like to see the place we can arrange a suitable time, if you like the room, we'll invite you for a cup of tea so that we can talk and get to know each other better.

We will guide you through the paperwork needed, but some of it includes Proof of income (work), landlord reference, ID, etc.

We know it sounds like a pain, and it is, but think about it this way. We've passed all of those filters, so you can feel comfortable about living with us, and we want to feel the same way about you. :)
