I am a current tenant in a generously spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. My current flatmate is moving out and therefore need replacing.
The room on offer is a good sized furnished double room. The room is not en-suite but you will have sole access to the large main bathroom.

Parking is available on the road outside, free after 6pm and before 8am. A permit can be purchased with Birmingham Council to cover weekends and daytime.

Bills are not included in the rent, this comes to approx £150pm which includes, electric, council tax, sky tv/phone/broadband & water.

The apartment is located within walking distance of Snow Hill Station and New Street stations.

About Me:

I'm a 33 year old professional working for an IT software company as an account manager. I work hard during the week but also make time to chill and socialise. I'm laid back, clean, tidy and respect others privacy.

I'm looking for a like minded flatmate who shares the same opinion and happy to hang out with but does their fair share of the general chores.

During my free time my interests include socialising with friends doing the usual stuff. I enjoy watching most sports, football being my main interest.
