Double Room To Rent

hi, I have a double room to rent im a 3 bed house. The house consists of a living room, dinning room, kitchen, family bathroom, 2 double rooms and 1 single. There is a large drive for ample parking and a fair sized lawned garden with decking to the rear of the property. The property is fairly modern and has nuetral decor. currently the property is being freshly decorated for the new tenant. THe house itself is a 5 min walk from kingswinford town and has a bus stop a stones throw away that takes u to both merry hill and wolverhampton aswell as another bus stop just down the road to stourbridge. Great location with a variety of pubs and resturants within walking distance.

I currently live in the property with my female labradour so a like/love for dogs is a must. My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs so a tenant with a dog wouldnt be an issue as long as they got on.

The term of renting the room is avaliable for discussion as I understand this will vary for each person.

Im a working professionl and would ideally prefer a working professional as a tenant preferably a non smoker, and female with A friendly fun personailty with good house keeping.

In my spare time i like to swim and try and keep active. I enjoy films and music im easy going and laid back and looking for similar in a housemate. Im friendly and like to socialise but also appreciate everyone needs thier own space. please feel free to call or message me about the room.
