Double room for let in kingswinford

Lovely double room in quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from high street.

There would be shared use of lounge and kitchen but almost exclusive use of bathroom as I have ensuite. You would also have your own fridge but shared use of freezer and washing machine.

Kingswinford is a lovely area, with a small selection of shops, restaurants and cafes and has good commuter links to Stourbridge, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

A little bit about myself, my name is Petra, I'm 48 years old, I work full time during the week, I'm a fairly quite person but I do enjoy company very much and would enjoy sharing my home with someone. I am learning to play the guitar at the moment so you would need to be fairly tolorent of what is at the moment frankly a bit of a row, lol.

I have no objection to a smoker but you would have to smoke outside I'm afraid, I can provide an umberella.
