The house is very well located: 10-min. walk to Warwick University main campus and 3 min. to Tesco. The Bus stop is 2 minutes away (11, 12, 16 and 19) and behind Tesco we have Megabus stop to London, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford, Portsmouth, etc, etc.

The house is fully furnished with 24/7 broadband internet access. Living room with comf sofas Tv and Dvd. The house has 2 bathrooms, one in the ground, another in the first floor. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwaves, electric stove, Kettle, Blender, cutlery pots pans etc.
Nice garden with barbecue, and garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, etc..).

We are exceptionally clean and tidy, love the house and look after it as good as we can, and like to think that you would respect that too
