I have a lovely single room available for rent Mon-Friday.
The room is slighly quirky, as I had it fitted to be a bedroom come study, therefore the bed folds up into the wall, and the desk opens out, therefore giving you plenty of room should you need to study or work in the evening.
The house is a typical modern 2 bed semi, with the added advantage of a conservatory, which does mean that if you need your own space there is a room to go to!
I'm out and about a lot, so we may be passing ships in the night! I do like to set the rules up front so that there are no ambiguities, but other than that I'm fairly relaxed!
