Short term let in beautiful Moseley home

The living room

A short walk from lovely Moseley village, a fully furnished king sized room has become available in our beautiful Victorian home. The room is very large with and very high ceiling and is big enough to provide ample living and bedroom space, the room is stylishly furnished with a combination of high quality modern designer furniture and tasteful antique furniture.

We are looking for a friendly professional person who is looking for a short term let (the room is only available until the 24th Sep) who would like and appreciate living in a homely, clean, sociable and well looked after environment. The property has a very large garden and a communal living room with virgin cable tv. We also have a very well equipped kitchen with a lovely large Range-master cooker.

All bills, high speed WiFi, TV license, washing machine, weekly cleaning (2.5 hours per week) and council tax are included in the price. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the property.

We are a very friendly relaxed household that enjoy a good balance of social and quiet time.
