The room also comes with a TV which is connected to Wi-Fi so you can stream Netflix or YouTube from the comfort of your bed.

The bathroom is very spacious and convenient, being very close to the bedroom and includes a newly fitted shower cubicle.

You will have access to all rooms downstairs and its facilities, including the kitchen, dining room and living room which is fitted with a large flat screen TV and entertainment unit.

There is a koi fish pond in the garden which is very relaxing.

There is a large private driveway in front of the house for parking if you own a car.

The neighbourhood is very quiet.

All bills are included in the price, including gas, electricity, water, council tax band B, and unlimited broadband.

You will be living with two people: another lodger and the owner of the house who is a middle aged Vietnamese lady, so females are preferred. She will typically keep to herself, but will be accommodating to your needs.

Rent is £550 per month, and deposit of £300 is payable at the start which is returned at the end of the contract.
