Double Bedroom

I am a working professional who is looking for a new housemate to share the 3-bedroom property that I’ve been living in for the past 4 years.

The house is situated in a very quiet area, close to the UOB and BCU, Queen’s Elisabeth Hospital. There are several supermarkets, shops, and bus stops within walking distance (max. 15 min walk) and the train stations are about 20 mins walk from the house.

The bedroom is quite large and comes furnished, with a European double bed, 2 wardrobes, table with 1 seat, and a 43” TV. At request, the furniture can be cleared out to fit in your own.

We are currently 3 people living in the house, a couple + 1.
I’m mostly at work on the weekends but I enjoy socializing on my days off. When I’m not working, I like to maintain the cleanliness of the property and garden to a good standard.
Ideally, I am looking for somebody who is clean and organized, who I can get along with but also tolerates cats as I own 3 of them.

Gas and electric are pay as you go and the Water & Internet are to be paid when the bill is ready.
