Double & single rooms in large modern house

I would prefer weekday rent only Monday to Friday. I have 2 double and one single rooms in large modern 4 bed detached house in Cheswick Green, the accommodation is nicely furnished and very spacious, there are 2 lounges a conservatory, large kitchen, dining room and utility room and a very nice garden. The house has driveway parking and use of garage for car or storage.
The property is 3 miles from Solihull centre and 1. 5 miles to M42 Shirley junction in a semi rural location, there are shops & pub in short walking distance as well as bus stop to solihull.
The house is very clean and tidy modern decoration and furniture, bedrooms have quality bed and wardrobes laminate flooring and wifi also BT sport tv. Rooms are approx 12 foot square, the single room is smaller. The bathroom has bath and large power shower, there is a separate WC. I am normally away on business 2 days a week, I am very easy going, polite and friendly.
