Friendly house/bargain price

For many years young foreign students and professionals, male and female have lived here happily. I now have one female lodger so I am looking for one more female. We are very near the shops and several buses, Coventry Uni and the hospital and half hour to Warwick Uni by bus. We are a quiet friendly house. All bills are included. The room has an almost new double bed, , desk and chair, bookshelves, a clothes rail and a chest of drawers. I manage all the cleaning and repairs.

There is a peaceful garden at the back. I like to show my lodgers around Coventry and the countryside. I can give you their email addresses for you to get references about me. I travel a lot so two of you will have the house to yourselves some of the time. We like to share cooking.
I have helped many of my lodgers with their coursework and dissertations.
