This is a very comfortable large single bedroom in a modern, bright and comfy home. I have a very nice Patio garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac next to Green Belt countryside. Your room has a single bed, double sofa-bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. It is situated at the back of the house looking onto the garden.
I am looking for a friendly and considerate person. I would ideally like a female but will also consider a male. I am an open-minded person and easy going. I will respect your privacy, and there is a TV for your bedroom if you want it. As we will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, lounge area I expect a good standard of cleanliness and tidiness in these areas.
There is on road parking available.
I have a very friendly dalmatian dog who loves people.
I work part-time so will be at home at different times during the day.
I have Wi-Fi.
