We are looking for a single person to join our house share.
You would have a good sized double room in a furnished, 4 bed, detached house with a built-in wardrobe.
Sharing the house with two friendly professionals.
The house is modern, split level with 2 bathrooms. It has a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility and main bathroom. The fourth bedroom may be used for occasional guests. There is parking on the drive for three cars and a large garden and patio with a gardener included in the rent. Appliances include washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, cable TV and wireless broadband internet. The ground floors have hardwood floors. There is a Coop and other shops nearby, good transport links with Wolverhampton city centre about 5km away.
All bills: - gas, electricity, council tax, phone line rental, XL cable TV and Wi Fi internet are included (except phone calls and pay per view) in the rent of £400 pcm.
