The room comes with pine double bed, desk and chair, fitted wardrobes,(clean bedding can be supplied if required). Shared bathroom & open-plan kitchen/diner/communal area with sofa, table, chairs, breakfast bar. Kitchen equipt with washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pans etc. Gas central heating and double glazed. Garden with patio & shed. The house is in a quiet street close to Warwick Uni & City Centre bus routes, local shops & supermarket. Would suit post grad or professional. Rent is Inclusive of Bills & Wi-Fi Internet.
