* 8 minute bus ride to Warwick University (or alternatively cycle or a 27 min walk).
* Near a variety of restaurants and takeaways.
* Buses to the city centre and Coventry University every 10 mins, journey time about 10 mins, or an 11 minute cycle (via a short cut).
