We are an undergraduate and a PhD student looking for a housemate, we have a good size double bedroom available in Tile Hill (CV4 9DS) in a 3 Bedroom House.
The house is very spacious (living room, kitchen and bathroom), fully furnished and a nice front garden!!
25mins walking from university of Warwick and 5 mins from the saintsburry's bus stop (buses 11 & 12 to both University of Warwick and Coventry).
The rent is £300 per month, without bills. (estimated around £335 with bills)
