Newly decorated and fully furnished single /double room with single bed, that converts to a double with plenty of storage space underneath and fitted wardrobes.
It is in a second floor quiet apartment block in Eastern Green.
I work most evenings, so am in during the day, but you would have full use of the kitchen, lounge, even if I was not there.
Outside the front door, there is a secure area to lock a bike up, if need be.
Plenty of parking spaces outside and at least 4 bus routes easy for town (20mins), Warwick Uni(15mins), Peugeot(10 mins), Tile Hill Station(10 mins) etc.
Its very close to amenities i. e supermarket, chemist, Indian restaurant, doctors, dentist, hairdressers and chippy:)

I have a well behaved little dog, very friendly and usually restricted to the kitchen, that likes a walk - but don't feel obliged.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, tidy if poss, sociable and self sufficient:)
