Walking distance to Hospital shortcut through approx. 15-20 mins door to door. Double bedroom to let, carpeted, bedside cabinets, wardrobe space, cleaned weekly, short or long stay, preferrable Monday to Friday, share lounge, bathroom, dining room & kitchen( office available for using if required). Off road parking. Must be animal friendly. Cannot accept shift workers, as my dog barks when you come in, so would wake up neighbours. Internet wi-fi, TV in lounge & kitchen. Private enclosed well maintained back garden, with table & chairs on patio. Fresh bed Linen weekly, and towels whenever required. Nice friendly atmosphere. Although a smoker I do not smoke very much in the house (trying to quit). Quiet atmosphere, quiet location, no parties or loud music. To include Electric, Gas, internet etc, not included phone, food although food space in cupboard, fridge & freezer, . This is a bungalow with an upstairs conversion, with pull down stairs to the room . Very private and upstairs animal free zone. Very good feedback from previous lodgers. I live very quietly and in the evenings I sew or am writing whilst watching the soaps so for people to study it is perfect or even those just needing great sleep...
