Double room in quiet Victorian Terrace near Newbridge, Wolverhampton. Perfect for someone looking for a relaxing calm space.

I’m looking for a professional who works full time doing regular hours to share with one other and the occasional Airbnb and Theatre guest. If you work unsociable hours, work from home or nightshifts then this isn’t the place for you unfortunately.

You must be sociable and easy going and most importantly considerate. You should also be willing to do your share around the house to keep the place clean and tidy. This is not a student house although mature students are welcome to apply.

The property is a 10-minute walk to Tettenhall village and a 25-minute walk to Wolverhampton town centre. Local pubs, shops and eateries are just around the corner in Newbridge. Great local bus connections to town and i54 business park, Jaguar Rover and Pendeford business park

Rent is £450 including all bills. The house comes with all the usual white goods and a fast internet connection.

Would consider short term tenancy thought there would be a rent adjustment if staying less than 3 months.
