Kitchen with lots of prep room, utensils and gadgets to throw together decent grub. Sharing the cooking is encouraged and enjoyed. 50 yard long back garden with vegetable patch and greenhouse for those that have an interest; no problem if you don't.

On street parking, 15 minute walk to town center, the supermarket is a 2 minute walk and a corner shop/chemist is even closer with a handy bus stop nearby.

A guest bedroom is also available for visits by relatives or friends that won't outstay their welcome. Incumbent housemates abide by this rule also.

Two friendly, easy going and professional housemates. An interest in spectator sports, gaming, golf, food and beer is handy but not essential.

Small enough to feel like a home and large enough so that no one gets under one another's feet.
