We have available 1 good size double room furnished in our home. It comes with bed, desk, wardrobe space etc. The room is at the top of the house. The bathroom would be shared with our 14 year old only! I am happy to do washing and can provide meals at an extra charge. You would be living 2 adults (50 & 54) and 1 no. 14 year old boy. Our house is located in Rose Green, close to shops and bus routes into Bognor and Chichester. Smoking is permitted but outside only please. This is our family home so we are normally up by 6.30am and much later at weekends, but as you will be on the top floor we shouldn't disturb you!! We are very flexible and amenable!
