Hi, we have a double furnished room available, ideal for a professional female or student. We are a friendly couple in our 40's with a 7 year old son and a dog and 2 cats. We have older children who have flown the nest. There is a shared family bathroom, (we also have our own en-suite) and another downstairs toilet. There is a large kitchen diner with separate utility room and two spacious lounges so one could be used in the evenings if you want privacy. We live 5 mins walk from the beach, park and local shops and 10 mins from Bognor town centre.
