A lovely small self contained extension area for single professional person, privately attached to large 6 bed family home. Rooms consist of a single bedroom with own private entrance out into the garden, a large shower room with toilet, and little kitchenette area. Kitchenette area has a fridge, a microwave with 2 hob top, a sink and draining board, cupboards and has plates and cutlery in place. The bedroom had a single bed, bedding, wardrobe, desk, bedside unit and chair. Shower room has chest of drawers and shelves. It is small, but it is really nice, clean and very private. I have had couples in here, but it only works for a while, the room being far too small for two people long term. Outside the bedroom is a private patio area with a battered old sofa to sit on! Rent includes gas, electricity, internet and council tax. Use of washing machine and use of house sitting room and telly, and if the kitchenette is too basic, full use of the house kitchen too. The house itself is large, clean, friendly and happy. Owner and 1 son of 16, plus visiting son 18 and daughter 22, both living out but visiting often. No pets. Smoking only in the garden. We are a quiet, happy and peaceful household. Your rooms are entirely yours to clean. Looking for a friendly, self sufficient and responsible person. We are five minutes from the train station and five minutes from the sea.
