Professional person or student

I've got 2 rooms available. They are both nice and light rooms in my bungalow which has off road parking, unlimited internet and a large garden with patio and seating areas, in a quiet residential area which is close to the university, station, shops, doctors etc. New central heating has been installed throughout. They have kingsize/double beds, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table, chair/table.. The kitchen is modern and has everything you will need. I would like someone who is responsible, sociable, clean, tidy. Unfortunately I cannot take pets, DSS or couples. If you have any questions or would like to see the room please contact me.
