I have a single bedroom in my 3-bed semi becoming available from the 21st December.

My house is situated in a quite cul-de-sac in Pagham, which is 5 minutes away from Bognor town centre and approximately 10 minutes from Chichester. It has a bus stop just round the corner and ample parking for cars. A Tesco express is less than 5 minutes walk away.
The house itself is a 3-bedroom semi with a south facing garden. All bills are included. Housemates will get the use of Wi-Fi, sky TV and all standard utilities. I like to keep the house clean and I'd expect any housemate to help keep it that way. The single room comes with a single bed, wardrobe and a drawer unit. Furniture can be added or removed as need be.
I'm looking for a housemate who enjoys being social but also respects personal space. Housemates must hold a British passport. Rent can be paid weekly or every four weeks, whichever suits. A £200 deposit will be required on moving day.
