Comfortable Double Room In Large Family Home

we have a nicely decorated double furnished room with double bed, , storage and dressing table. shared bathroom, but there is another bathroom for owners use and another toilet downstairs. large living area, modern large kitchen diner, utility room with washing machine (and drier for occasional use), and a fridge & freezer and cupboard separate in utility room next to kitchen for lodgers use. we have Wi-Fi, south facing garden and side garden and plenty of parking outside in a quiet road. Near to beach, park and local shops and 10 min brisk walk to town centre and close to bus stop.
We are a couple in our 40's with our 7 year old son ( we have grown up kids who have flown the nest !) We have a dog and 2 cats. We are looking for professional female, non smokers, no couples. room available march 2016. please contact me if you want any more info, Heidi
