It would suit an employed/self-employed person who is clean and tidy. The room is for single occupancy only and is £90 per week. The landlord is only asking for 1 weeks deposit and one week's rent in advance. The room is furnished and all bills are included in the rent along with free WiFi. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom which are kept clean at all times. Everyone in the house gets on really well and we are looking for an easy-going person.
