Double room to rent

Hello I'm Pippa. I have a double room to rent in a two bedroom semi detached property in a lovely cul-de-sac in North Bersted.
Use of all facilities included. I am looking to share with a professional person. I work in the emergency services, and I am a friendly and sociable, easy going person who respects other people's possessions and privacy. The rent includes all bills apart from any use of the landline. There is reliable wifi at the property and a recently refurbished bathroom.
There will be periods of time when I will be working away so I will need someone that I can completely trust in my home when I am not there. For that reason references will be necessary.
