Fully furnished large double bed room

I am a single professional; have been working as embedded software engineer in England over 15 years. I have my own flat in Bognor Regis, currently seeking for a decent flat-mate to share the space. The flat is very close to town centre, about 5 mins walk to shopping street, amenities, and seafront. Bognor Regis train station is also 5 mins away on foot. It is a large double bed room, fully furnished with brand-new king size bed, sofa and TV. Kitchen and bath-shower facilities are share, but decent personal storage/cupboard will be provided. I am a easy going, quiet and tidy person working on busy schedule, hence may not be home all time. The flat is located in decent quiet residential area, so as prefer tenant would respect the tranquillity of the neighbour. Female lodging is preferable, although couple can be consider as well. Parking can be arranged upon negotiation.
