Parking is on street, but is safe and never problematic.

The apartment is a two minute walk from the lovely harbour, and five minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful village, with its waterside pub, cafes, and Sailing club / quay meadow.

I’m very happy to have a couple in the room if required, but please understand the rent would be adjusted accordingly.

I am a solicitor, working in Emsworth during the week, I'm mad about boats and the sea, and will be out on mine every chance I get!
