Broadwater village single room

The house is 3 minutes walk from the village where there are plenty of amenities. regular bus services to town centre, main line stations, and to the many beautiful local areas, and towns. (we are just 10 minutes walk from the sea). The village is well loved for its restaurants, pubs, small supermarkets, churches, hairdressers, post office, banks, and of course it's busy/friendly atmosphere. The village green has many uses encompassing all ages. Local events, cricket(it has a pavilion ) football -just people enjoying themselves.
Our home is just a couple of minutes from all the above, therefore is ideally situated for the young and not so young-ideal. We live in a 3 bed semi-detached house, situated in a quiet and friendly residential area. It has a large and beautiful garden with patios and a large fish pond and waterfall. In the summer we have sun from early morning to evening. There is a medium fully equipped kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, dinning room and lounge, and a nice conservatory overlooking the grden. (here you are able to have privacy, watch t. v play/work on your computer etc). There are 3 bedrooms and shower room/toilet upstairs.
We are looking to share this with someone who is in long term employment, and is friendly, clean and tidy, someone who would feel comfortable/at home within a family. Our children (grown-up) and grandchildren live in the area. We are interviewing prospective tenants from the 30th October 2014
