We have a bright and spacious modern room available in a quiet family home. You will have sole use of your own shower room (with toilet). We keep everything clean and tidy and would expect you to keep your room and shower room clean too, and clear up the kitchen after use. We are very near to Worthing and Northbrook colleges in Broadwater, so it would make ideal student accommodation. High speed wireless, washer and tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Lounge is not shared but there is a TV socket in your room if you want to bring your own TV. There is a garden and bike shed which you are welcome to use. All bills included. Off-street parking.

We are a couple with one daughter studying at home and another who visits from uni from time to time. We both work and have quite a busy social life. We have a friendly and well-behaved Beagle who likes to feel part of the pack (although he's a bit scared of new people at first). We are friendly and happy to chat, but respect your private space.

We have had several student lodgers in the past and have all gotten on well together. We all lead independent lives but are happy to help each other out.
