Room to rent near Worthing Station, Furnished, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, central heating, garden, LARGE DOUBLE ROOM NR WORTHING STATION, Semi-detached House, 1 Bathroom, Hi, I have a large double, all inclusive, room to rent in a very quiet home for a very quiet, NON-SMOKING FEMALE and preferably over 25 years old. The room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only...so please NO COUPLES. You will share the kitchen and bathroom, but I am not there most weekends, so you get the place pretty much to yourself. [The room is next door to the bathroom.] I am very near Worthing Station and I have on road free parking. You will have no bills to pay as the £120 a week includes everything. I have gas central-heating and 24 hour a day Virgin fastest broadband. You will have full use of kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and small garden. However, you must be a non-smoker and this includes no smoking in the garden too. You must be quiet and female, preferably over 25 years old and in FULL-TIME employment. Sorry, but no DSS, or housing benefit. I do not have room for bicycles in the house, or garden. So if you are a cyclist and need your bike with you then this ad is not for you. The room will be available from mid February 2015. A weeks rent, plus £300 deposit is required. A legal contract will be given to you and the deposit is returned, if no damage, when vacating the premises. I do have a small, well-behaved dog who would never be allowed in your room, or get in your way...however, it would help if you liked dogs.
