A large double bedroom is available to rent in a large family house from now until the end of June. The house is situated in a residential area within walking distance of the leisure centre and CAE. The mainline station is a 5 minute drive away giving easy access to London/Brighton. There is easy street parking and a bus stop nearby. Full use of the kitchen, shared bathroom comprising bath/shower. The family comprises two teenage children, myself and two dogs all of whom are very friendly. All bills included and available for short term let 1 week-end of June.
