The house has plenty of off street parking and is just 5 minutes from Burgess Hill station and the town centre.

The room room comes with a double bed and mattress (6 months old) a bedside table and rail for clothes.
Rent includes all bills as well as BT broadband and sky in the bedroom. (No TV provided).
We are both working professionals Monday- Friday.
