Self-contained one bed flat in Central Chichester

Cute little flat on first floor of house in Kingsham Road, Chichester. Fully self-contained, with your own bathroom (en suite to double bedroom) and kitchen, with fridge-freezer, electric cooker, stainless steel sink and dishwasher and a small living room. It's a funny pickle of a space, may drive some people mad, but gives you a chance to live independently.
The other odd thing about it is that my second floor lodger shares the same staircase to his attic studio flat. He doesn't have to go through any of your rooms though! I described him a bit in the tick-box section on here at a flatmate, but he's not - he's fully self- contained in the attic. Thought it was worth you knowing something about him though! I hope this makes sense!
Otherwise, it's very private, quiet, lots of light...
