An elegant, semi detached house on four floors, near the centre of town with a lovely conservatory and enclosed, private garden to the rear.

We have available a fully furnished double bedroom in the attic, in this deceptively large house. The room is light, airy and clean with a new carpet.
There is a kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A shared lounge and conservatory/ dining room which leads on to the enclosed garden.

There are two bathrooms one of which is on the ground floor with a shower and the other one is upstairs and has just been redecorated and has a bath with a shower over.

There is residents on street parking and you can apply to the council for a permit or there is free parking in the adjacent roads.

The house is in a very convenient location for walking into town. approx 10 mins

The utility bills, fast wifi and Council Tax are included in the rent.

You will be sharing with young working professionals. Some who work shifts so it it is a quiet, calm house and each person is respectful of their house mates privacy and stuff, but are friendly and kind to each other.
