The annexe is self contained and an Edwardian part of our house. which is much older and was once a Fishbourne farmhouse. You'd have the use of the kitchen which has a washing machine/tumble drier, fridge freezer and microwave etc, and also the dining room, the shower room upstairs. All bills including council tax and wi fi are included in the rent.

Chichester town centre is just under 25 minutes walk or the bus takes 5 mins (bus stop opposite the house). Fishbourne also has a railway station which is under 10 minutes walk. Parking if needed is available in a side lane, although people usually walk, cycle or bus into Chichester.
