The price includes a weekly cleaner, sky tv, broadband and all household bills including gas and electric. There are all mod cons including 2 fridges, 2 ovens, a sink and a dishwasher, lots of cupboard space. The house is double insulated so it is warm and cozy throughout the year.

The location is only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre and rail links and there is free parking right outside the house!

This property is a relaxing environment for people that want to relax and unwind after a hectic day at work.
The tenants all work throughout the week and are friendly and warm personalities. They are all relaxed and enjoy treating the house like a home. Ideally they are looking for someone who is laid back, clean and friendly who will also treat the house like a home. There is another house 2 doors down that has 6 people of similar ages who are also friendly, so ideal for people new to Chichester so they can meet new people.
