Double with ensuite and parking space

To rent: a spacious, sunny, double room with very large wardrobe, parking and en-suite in a friendly household.

The room advertised is the master bedroom. It has attractive ash wood floors, new furniture, smart furnishings, TV point, a book shelf, very large wardrobe, desk and lots of storage. It is a lovely room and has to be one of the nicest to rent in town.

The house itself is a new build in the east side of Chichester, in a quiet street, close to town, hospital and supermarkets. Everything is fresh, almost new and spacious. The garden is sunny and we have a huge hammock, great for relaxing after work!

Bills are inclusive. There are solar panels and an air heat exchanger, so the house is very eco-friendly. We have fast broadband.

There is an off-road parking space.

There are two of us in the house(females)and there will soon be a kitten. We are friendly, mostly tidy, like to share a glass of wine, but respectful of privacy as well.

We are quite open minded about most things (except smoking). If you think you might fit in, do send a message.
