Fun liberal house seeks final housemate.

The garden

We have a really big 4 bed detached house just outside chichester, it has off road parking, a huge garden with lots going on, garage to store stuff / play piano, two living rooms and a large conservatory.
We are looking for someone(s) to take the last room and fufill the houses destiny.
The bedroom is a large double on the first floor.

Council tax and all the bills are included, the house is fully furnished including tv and broadband, stereos, beds , linen , crockery, in short everything you need is allready here.

Your deposit will be held with the dps.
We all work and are definatly looking for another professional

All the housemates are friendly ,liberal and tolerant , but also respectful, reasonable and responsible.

We are looking for a similar person(s) that we can all get along with.
