Suit ideally a professional, not wanting a student let (no stress of arguing about the washing up!) However perhaps not in a situation to be able to rent alone. On the other hand not wanting to be confined to 'renting a room'. The house is in an ideal situation within easy walking distance to the town centre as well as great parking. The house is newly decorated with brand new carpets, wooden laminate floor lounge opening up to own back garden. 50/50 split bills with yearly waste/water already been paid for!
